The Pension is located in a quiet area right in the heart of Berlin. The famous shopping facilities Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz are just 15 minutes away. The building in which the Pension is situated was built in 1915. Due to its unique construction (typical 'Berlin building') it is subject to a preservation order. The Pension offers an exceptional view of the beautiful Rüdesheimer Park and its waterfountain known as the Siegfried Well.
 

The subway is right next to the Pension (U3). Within minutes you can reach every sightseeing destination, the university and/or the International Congress Center (ICC).
